Rebecca Doyle
Senior Safety Investigator (Trainer)
Rebecca is an experienced patient safety professional trained in healthcare safety investigation. She has chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
She joined us in September 2024. Prior to this, Rebecca spent five years undertaking safety investigations within the UK maternity programme. Before that she worked for one of the regional ambulance services, her last role being Head of Investigations and Learning. Her portfolio covered incident management and investigation, complaints handling, policy development, education and family engagement.
Rebecca holds a master’s degree in healthcare leadership and has undertaken further training in human factors, safety science, quality improvement and structured debriefs.
